    2FA is not enabled to your account. By any chance, are you receiving a prompt to enable 2FA to access a collaborated folder? 

    Meanwhile, have you gone to use a different browser to log in?

    Hi,

    Sorry but my account is "kyoshida@apptio.com" and tried to logon from different browser (Safari) but got the same error message of the 2nd verification code required. Can you check "kyoshida@apptio.com" and reset the account without 2nd verification?
