2FA reset for the account
AnsweredGood afternoon.
I would like to reset 2FA for the member of my team.
He is trying to login into account and is being requested to provide Verification Code, but, unfortunately, he changed phones and no longer has access to the Google Authenticator app he used to have, so we would like to unlink or reset 2FA for his account. Appreciate if you could help to troubleshoot this issue. I'm ready to provide account details to the support team if ticket is created.

My colleague can not log in into the Support portal because of 2FA issue that prevents his login into box as a whole.
Can you please open ticket so I can add him and resolve the issue? I send his account details by email to your Customer Success email but not sure if it will reach you. Appreciate further assistance. Regards.
