    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    Looks like 2FA (Multi-Factor Authentication) is not enabled for your account. Currently, are you able to successfully log in to Box? Also, you said you're missing folders. Are these folders your owned folders or just collaborated with? 

    If it's the latter, could you contact the owner to gain back your access? Meanwhile, if you're the owner, please go over to your trash to restore your folders.

    To restore specific items in Trash:

    The steps below apply whether you’re selecting from search results or from all Trash items.

    1. Hover to highlight the row of the item you want. The More Options ellipsis () displays.
    2. Click the ellipsis (...).  Then: 
    • To return the item to its original location in Box, click Restore.
    1. At the prompt, click Okay.
