unable to accept invites

    Hi there, 

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    Once again, can you accept the invitation? 

    • This time, please log in to your Box account first. 
    • Head over to the email notification and accept the invite. 

    Also, you may check all your pending invite(s) and see if the folder you're suppose to accept is being shown. If not, you may want to check if this is the correct email account (linked to your  Box account) where the invitation was sent.
