Verification Link in Email Expires Seconds After Receipt
AnsweredWe've invited new external collaborators to join Box folders. When they create their accounts, despite clicking on on the link in the verification email immediately after it's received, they get a message saying the verification link has expired. This has happened with at least two separate people today. I understand they can force a password reset (I am trying this with them now), but what is going on here? When will this be fixed?
