Files are showing as 'protected'
AnsweredI have a folder of PDFs and I'm not able to open or download any of them - this is the error message I keep getting:
"We’re sorry, the preview didn’t load. This document may be protected."
I have not changed the permissions on these docs since I last opened them a few days ago. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any known fixes?
