My storage says 3.9GB/10.0GB, but I cannot upload less than 1GB videos.

  Welcome to Box community, happy to assist!

  The maximum file size limit for uploads to Box varies depending on your account type:

  • Free personal: 250 MB
  • Starter: 2 GB
  • Business: 5 GB
  • Business Plus: 15 GB
  • Enterprise (and Digital Suites ): 50 GB
  • Enterprise Plus: 150 GB

  For more details, please refer to our pricing comparison page.

  To confirm the file size limit for your account:

  1. Log into Box.
  2. Click your account icon in the upper-right-hand corner.
  3. Select Account Settings from the menu that displays.
  4. Scroll down to the Account details and review your Max file size listed.
