I want to Upgrade to a premium account and it wont let me.

My account still needs to be upgraded. It still says "needs verification" when I try doing it.
I went through everything (even another post here). I even talked to sales, and they gave me a link that, also did not work. They said to put another ticket in with support, so I am back.
Could someone from the support team help me?
