Please help me I need a refund

I am new to box. I accidentally bought annual business subscription for 3 people and I don't even need it for one. I don't know what I bought or clicked but I somehow charged me $575.64. Please refund me I cannot afford this. I thought I was buying a free 14 day trial but I don't know how I got charged this much money.

Also I tried to cancel my account but I don't know if this will refund me. Please help.
