I want everyone to be able to access all my files, all are pdfs

I am sending out a newsletter with links to about 20 earlier newsletters posted on BOX in a free account. There are about 70 newsletters posted in total. I want everybody to be able to access all the back issues but I especially want the 20 I mentioned to open when they click the link.

I have sent test newsletters to a few people and here are the results... Three files open for people with no problem but all the others take them to a BOX page that asks for a password instead of to the file itself. How do I fix this?
