This shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you.
AnsweredI get this error message when another company is trying to share files with me.
The company confirmed that they had granted me the access to the files/links and recommended contacting Box support if there are any issues.
Please urgently advise.

Just to clarify further that none of the answers in the FAQ for this topic works:
- Incorrect sharing permissions on the shared file. In other words, whoever created the link did not set the correct access level on the link. If you are not already a collaborator in the folder (or file) the link points to, the link would need to be set to "people in the company" (if that person is also at your company) or "people with the link" (if that person is not part of your company).
- The person who created the shared link has since removed it.
- You are attempting to access the shared file with a personal Box account instead of the account with which the file was shared.
I am using (I think) a personal Box account. I am told that the file has been shared with my personal Box account and that the sharing permissions are correctly set considering that I am not part of the company that is sharing the file. Therefore, none of these are valid explanations. Please help ASAP.
