2FA reset required
AnsweredGood afternoon.
I would like to reset 2FA for the member of my team.
He is trying to login into account and is being requested to provide Verification Code, but, unfortunately, he changed phones and no longer has access to the Google Authenticator app he used to have, so we would like to unlink or reset 2FA for his account. Appreciate if you could help to troubleshoot this issue. I'm ready to provide account details to the support team if ticket is created.
He can't login to box support because of that 2FA issue to create a ticket himself, so need assistance via email or ticket so he can be added to the communication thread.
