Please reset 2FA setting of my ID.
CompletedI was introduced how to setup 2FA and completed.
But my authentication App doesn't work (not display 6 digits code for BOX login). The reason is unknown.
I wants to try to setup 2FA again, but 2FA is already active in current status, so I can't login BOX and can't change anything.
Please reset 2FA setting.
I'm a collaborator with IBM Japan team, external user (non-IBM).
