Changed Password now have only limited access to my files
AnsweredI changed my password and now have access to only the folders I created. This is SOOOOOO frustrating. I've contacted my client who has the BOX account, but I'm right in the middle of a big project. Why on earth would BOX make it so that changing your password messes up access to the files you were working on. It doesn't make any sense to me.

Upon checking, it seems that you have a couple of collaborated folders present in your Box account at the moment. If there are collaborated folders that disappeared, kindly contact the folder owner for collaboration invite.
