Extremely slow synching Box Drive

We are using the latest version of Box Drive and have no issues with our wifi.
Box is taking in excess of 5 minutes to synch changes that other users have made to files. The file will show on the users screen as being synched but will not update on the other users Drive even when they refresh the file to synch. It is completely unusable as you don't know when someone has updated a file.
This has been posted as questions previously in the forum which Box have ignored. Please help
