Frustrated by Box Drive & poor contact information
AnsweredEvery two days I am having to remove Box Drive and reinstall. This is terrible. Here it is 10 pm at night and I should not be dealing with this. Then you go to submit a help ticket and that's a true goat rodeo. We are testing Box as a permanent replacement for Dropbox. So not good

Every time I have to reboot my computer, I have to remove Drive and Reinstall. When I try to save it to Program location, not allowed, and it defaults to my User location. Where does Box recommend installing/saving the installation file so that I can stop reinstalling every time I reboot?
