I can't change my Box account
CompletedI have tried the following, but the email does not arrive.
1: Log in to Box
Log in with your current Box account ID (email address).
2: Register a new email address
Select the profile icon at the top right of the screen and click [Account Settings].
On the Account tab, under Logins and Email Addresses, click Add Email Address.
I should have received a confirmation e-mail from Box to the newly registered e-mail address, but I did not receive it.
Please tell me the cause and remedy. Seek support.
