How to move a file from folder to folder

Hi,

 

Internally, I have received a link to a folder with multiple large demo content files. I need to share that content with an external customer.

Downloading and uploading would take a long time.

How can I copy or move those files from that folder into a folder inside my own account so that I can share the content.
