Unable to upload files

Hi,

I'm unable to upload files today using app.box.com. It worked last week. Now I continue to get this error.

IT unable to see any issues with firewall causing this issue.

  I am suddenly having the same issue and none of the recommended troubleshooting steps have worked, please advise.

  I followed all suggested troubleshooting steps without success. Anyway to further diagnose what is causing this error?
