This Document Can't be Opened for Editing

When I try to open a word document in Word for Web, it tells me "this document can't be opened for editing." Is there some way to fix that?

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

  Looks like you can't edit a certain file in Box. Can you check your current permission in this file? 

  See here if your permission allows you to edit your Box file.

  Based on the link you showed me, I should have all the relevant permissions: I am the sole creator of the document. However, it does not work when I try to open it. All of my other documents are fine; this one is the only problematic one.
