mail suppression list

Most likely, my colleague's email address is on a mail suppression list. He can't get verify email.
I think that I probably need to contact the administrator about that email address, but who should I contact?

Kindly have the affected user to run these recommended steps for his issue receiving email notifications from Box.
Also, you may have him to create a new link using https://account.box.com/login/reset?redirect_url=%2F.
