I cannot register for payment.

Only the above message is displayed, and payment registration and plan change are impossible.
Currently, I checked with 4 cards, and each visa and master card are not available.
One jcb card is coming out as a completely wrong card number.
I live in Korea, and I chose Korea as the country, but
I can't get a way to change plans.
I want to know what method to take and what is causing the problem to prevent registration, and I want to solve it.
