Confirmation Email not being received at Gmail
AnsweredI'm trying to get a new collaborator added to a shared folder, but the confirmation email isn't arriving in their gmail inbox (or spam folder). I sent them the invitation. They've received it as well as signed up successfully. The issue is that the confirmation email isn't coming through. We've tried this 3 or 4 times, using different devices, and end up with the same result. Can you please help?
