unable to access shared documents
AnsweredHello,
My collaborators have shared documents with me via BOX and they do not appear. One folder link says that the document/link is no longer available and attempts at sharing with a separate folder does not work either. Both have appropriate access as editors. Please advise

Didn't you receive the collaboration invite via your email?
Can you reach out to the folder owner and request for another collaboration invite (https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043696854-Inviting-Collaborators)? Also, you should make sure that the invitation is being sent to your email address linked to your Box account.
Meanwhile, if the owner's getting an error. Please grab a screenshot and attach it here.
