I can no longer access a shared folder in Box.  

This shared folder was set up by my mother's accountant and has all her tax information in it (most of it I uploaded to the folder).

I need to complete the process of filing taxes for my mom and I can no longer access the folder.

Please advise.

  If the folder was recently shared and you can no longer access it. Please contact the folder owner to send you a collaboration invite to access its contents.
