Payment failure

We received a mail that we did not pay our last bill. I have checked and indeed that ones was not charged to my credit card.
I am not sure why, as the registered credit card is still valid (I used it yesterday for other purposes).
Can you please check and try to charge USD 258.30 to my credit card.
