Why cant I get a person to help me with my box login on my travel computer
AnsweredI am able to kogin to box on my desktop computer. Sadly I have forgotten the password--but my desktop holds it in a cookies
I need to update my password so that I can use it on my new travel computer.
I do not get an email response when I request to change the password
How do I do this

Upon checking, it shows that your email address is correctly receiving emails from Box. With that, please change your password using this link, https://account.box.com/login/reset?redirect_url=%2F
