Unable to file the files

Several files were upload but I am not showing any files for today or yesterday . Please advise

  Looks like you're trying to locate your recently uploaded files. And to assist you, can you tell us more the upload method you used to upload your files to Box? 

  • Did you upload your files in your owned folders or just collaborated with? 
  • Did you remember seeing a prompt that your upload was successful? 
  • Where did you upload your files, did you used your local Box folder or through the Box website? 

  We'd love to further assist!
