I can't make the payment
AnsweredGood afternoon, I have created the box account, but when I want to change the plan, I fill in all the sections but it won't let me, I get this message,"An error has occurred while processing your request.
Your payment information could not be processed. Please check that all fields are filled in correctly and try again later, or call us at support.box.com so we can help you." if anyone can help me I would appreciate it, I try to get in touch via chat but no one He answers me, the truth is that it is a bit frustrating.
