Email address bounces though valid
CompletedHi, one of my client cannot receive BOX Signs or notifications from us because his email bounces. It is a valid email though. I see that others here asked to be removed from a bounce list?
I dont want to share his email in this open forum, so I'd be thankful for someone from support to contact me.

I am having the same problem. I have set up a trial file for colleagues to sign and it consistently gets bounced back from two of them. We all use Box frequently and within the same organisation, so I can't work out why the notification goes through for some but not for others.
Please could someone contact me to get this resolved.
