    Did you log in to the Community site using the affected email? If yes, it appears that your email address is not in suppression list and instead you may run the following to fix your issue with email notifications. Meanwhile, you may go ahead and generate a new link.

    Hi Rona,

    Tried all the options in the link but still not getting any emails from box. 

    I did a password reset but not receiving the link for the password reset.

    Is there any other way to check on this ?
