Not recieving confirmation email
Answeredemail not receiving an email confirmation.
Checked Spam and Junk folder and still not getting then confirmation email.

Did you log in to the Community site using the affected email? If yes, it appears that your email address is not in suppression list and instead you may run the following to fix your issue with email notifications. Meanwhile, you may go ahead and generate a new link.
