    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    To be able to change your user's password: 

    • You should have access to the user's Box login and credentials to select the user's Account Settings and change the user's password. 
    • Or you can reset the user's password to receive the password reset link (sent to the user's account email). 

    Otherwise, you do not have direct access to change the user's password.
