Links in email not working
AnsweredNone of the other posts seem to address my issue. I have the Box app downloaded. When I click on a link provided to me by email, it takes me to my files explorer, and there is an icon for Box through which I can access all my Box files. However, it does not take me to the specific file, just explorer, so I have to search around to see file. When I copy the link directly from email, and open it in a browser, I just get a blank screen with no content.

Did you clarify with the file owner if this is the actual file you're supposed to get? If you can't preview them both in the browser and file explorer. Please reach out the sender/owner of this file and have the user to re-share the content.
