My box always shows me full and I have no data on my box

    Hi Ahmad,

    Welcome to Box Community!

    I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box.

    Ann,

    I have a 50GB account with all contents now deleted to make more room, yet shows 39.6GB full.  Can you run the same script for my account under wcortes@stanfordalumni.org so that I may put files back in that account?

    same issue for me, I delete files and empty the trash and it still shows steadily increasing amout of data, approaching the limit. What is the script, or can you run it for novick.michael@gmail.com

    I am having the same issue with my account. No matter how much I delete (and empty from the trash), my account stays the same if not increases. Can someone please run the script for me? therapy@rehabandinjury.com
