how to remove a managed user from the external users' tab?
AnsweredI turned an EXTERNAL user into a MANAGED user. As the external user accepted, they are now managed user. However, I do not manage to delete them from the external users tab. So, the same person appears as managed user and external user, which makes no sense in our activity. Besides, as that person is counted TWICE (external and managed user) I got an alert, as I would be using more seats (5) than those I purchased (4). In fact I need only 4 seats at the moment: 2 managed user and 2 external users.
Can you tell me how to DELETE FROM THE EXTERNAL USERS a person whom I have made managed user?
