    It would be best to reach out to the folder owner and request to be removed as a collaborator and resend the collaboration invite email. In most cases, this resolves the problem of shared folders not appearing on the account.

    I trust that the above steps will do the trick. Otherwise, let me know if the problem continues to exist.
