    1. Existing Enterprise accounts can issue "Developer" accounts. The main advantage of a "real" Developer account is that it provides more flexibility and control over the app's configuration and permissions. With a free account, you may have limited options and features. 1a. Having a "real" Developer account allows you to request authorization for your app and configure it according to your needs. It also provides access to additional resources and support from the platform. Pickleball Glove 2. Yes, existing Enterprise accounts can provision new/existing users with 'Admin' permissions to approve a Web App. The directions for doing this may vary depending on the platform or service you are using.

Hi Faulkne, thanks for the response.

    Follow up questions.

    1. What's the permission needed on a User to be able to approve of a Custom Web app. I've found this article describing how to modify and grant permissions but want to make sure I'm requesting the correct permission. Not sure what you mean by "vary depending on platform or service you're using". We're just trying to grant authorization to a Web App that can issue client credentials grants to an external app that needs to upload/download files to a specific Box directory.

    2. Is it possible to grant that permission to an External user outside of the Enterprise? Or should we just have a new Managed User created.

    3. Can you point me towards the documentation for issuing a new Developer account from an Enterprise. Ideally steps to do this from Box UI online not through API requests.
