Incorrect used storage

Hi team, 

I have used less than 10 GB space on my box account. However, it shows to be using more than 85 GB out of the 128 GB space available. I checked the trash folder as well and there is no way the files are more than 10 GB. I came across similar posts by other users too. Please help.
