collaborator invite location query

I've noticed that when an invitation is sent to a potential collaborator they need to click a box that indicates they live in Europe. Are there options for potential collaborators to use Box who live elsewhere?

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

  You might be talking about for when you create an account with Box, correct? The potential user can just  bypass it and head over to click hCaptcha instead.
