Missing files
AnsweredHi - I use Box to catalog my songs for the administration company that looks after my publishing. Recently I noticed that dozens of the song files are no longer showing in my Box account. Can you help me understand what's going on? Thanks.

As for your missing files, do you know if these are your own or shared contents? If it's the latter please reach out to the file owner.
Meanwhile, if you're the owner kindly checkout your trash as these files might have been deleted.
The steps below apply whether you’re selecting from search results or from all Trash items.
- Hover to highlight the row of the item you want. The More Options ellipsis (…) displays.
- Click the ellipsis (...). Then:
- To return the item to its original location in Box, click Restore.
- At the prompt, click Okay.
