    I am having the same problem and I cannot find files via Box.com portal or via Box drive on laptop.  All of these fiels are critical. HELP!

    Same thing with our team! All our files are missing and there's no notification coming from Box at all. What is happening?

    Hi, our files are also missing. I find it very disturbing, because these files are crutial for our job. I checked trash and these files are not there. Some files just disappeared from folders. I uploaded folder with a few subfolders with files in them. Some subfolders contain files but some subfolders are empty. We don't share to anyone the subfolders, they are not in the trash, we cannot find them. It happend recently with one of our folders, so we thought that we accidentaly removed it. But I ve discovered that more folders are empty and there are no files...! Can someone look at it, please?
