Word Document Comments Missing On Download To Desktop

I have a .docx in which several comments have been made here online in Box by several people. The comments are visible online in the Box Word module, but when the .docx is downloaded to my local drive, the comments are missing. How do I download the .docx such that I am able to see the comments in the document?

Thanks!

P.S. I am not using the Box integration, as I have found that it interferes with the launching of several other applications I use on a daily basis.

    As of this writing, you can't download your Box file with it's comments. 

    We'd appreciate if you could submit your feedback and upvote here. Our product team reviews all submissions and will consider whether to include feedback in their product roadmap.
