Account Disapearing
AnsweredMy Associates account has disappeared & we have been paying for the account she is on.
with no one to call or email to see why it has been removed.

Please note that your limitation to contact our support channels may differ according to your account type. Meanwhile, can you check if the affected user could generate a password reset email off of her Box account?
