in setting up an account it said that my email was already being used...no way that is true due to our company initials?

You may have set up your Box account in the past. You can try to generate a password reset email from your affected email address and check out the Box account your email address was tied into.
Please note that you can only use your email address once in Box.

"you can only use your email address once in Box”, does this mean that if someone use one’s email address with a free account, she or he will not able to use the same email address after her or his company will get an enterprise account?
After I have newly contracted a business starter account, I got an error message as follows.
"Email already used in a Box account but not associated with an eterprise."I would like to invite my colleagues using their email accounts with a free account. What shoud I do?
