Not receiving receipts

On our account (under [info redacted]), I'm still not receiving the receipts for payments made. I've been asking for these to be sent automatically to me but I'm still not receiving. Please can you urgently send me the receipt for the August payment, and also ensure that I am sent them automatically in future. I shouldn't have to request them each month.
