All content of a folder shifts to Box Sync
CompletedOn 31 Aug/1 Sept, all but four folders in our company/clients suddenly appeared (moved) in company/box sync/clients.
The four remaining folders were all modified 31 Aug, the folders 'shifted' to Box Sync have all kept their original properties (last modified dates are correctly varying).
This move of folders appears in our box folders from our office Windows desktops via Explorer: box/company/clients, and when looking at the box files through a web browser.
One staff member sees the folders differently through Win Explorer, than the rest of us (and different to what Box shows via the browser). His win explorer has a red dot on the company/clients icon, but all the folders are there as they were on 31 Aug.
In reports, I can't find any evidence of folders being shifted so they are only available through the Box Sync folder.
On 31 Aug the only activity is file access except three new Apps added by users (Win Chrome and Box for i0s).
There is no activity at all listed on 1 Sept (though files were accessed and edited). Activity restarts on 2 Sept, though now we're getting folders/files with (@email) suffix.
How could this have happened, and can I just copy / move the folders back to company/clients.
