  As i know avoid using easily guessable information such as common words, phrases, or patterns (e.g., "password," "123456," "qwerty," etc.). Also, avoid using personal information like your name, birthdate, or family members' names. If you're having trouble creating a password, consider using a password manager or a password generator tool to help you create a strong and secure password.
