Confirmation email fails to send
AnsweredQuite often after adding a new user when they try to access box for the first time the confirmation email fails to send. I advise them to click the resend confirmation email and it will send. This time it didn't work and my company member is unable to log in. Is there a way to solve this? what can be causing this issue?
