Confirmation email fails to send

Quite often after adding a new user when they try to access box for the first time the confirmation email fails to send.  I advise them to click the resend confirmation email and it will send.  This time it didn't work and my company member is unable to log in. Is there a way to solve this? what can be causing this issue?

    For your colleague's trouble receiving the confirmation email for the account creation. Please have the user to run these troubleshooting steps.
