Cant open documents or download to computer from the owner
AnsweredGood evening, I am trying to download documents that the file owner has shared with me however, it says i do not have permission. I did have to renew my password due to the verification email expiring. Not sure if that is directly related or not. If you can assist with finding out the reason i am unable to open those documents in a PDF to edit or even download them to my computer so i can edit them, that would be greatly appreciated.

You may want to investigate first, can you check your permission in the affected file? To find out how the collaboration permissions differ, please check out this link.
If you believe your permission needs to be modified, please contact the file owner.
