50GB lost after downgrading from Pro

I upgraded to pro but didn't use it that much so I downgraded back to the free plan and now my 50GB's are gone and showing only 10GB. Please advise on how to get this capacity back.

If you have downgraded your plan correctly, but your storage capacity is still showing as 10GB instead of the expected 50GB, you should contact the customer support or help center of the service or platform you are using. Target Card Balance Now Explain the situation and provide any relevant account information.
